See a friend or a group that youre missing out on? Send your friend a Hit Up text request. Once your Hit Up is accepted you can text your friend and plan to meet up!

Since we know your privacy is a priority, we keep you in complete control of who can see you.

Your location is randomized before being returned as dots on the apps interface, giving your nearby friends only an idea of how close you are to them and their friends. You are always in control of your visibility—when you go invisible, nobody will be able to see you, you won’t be able to see anyone, and your location will stop being updated. You can also choose whether you want to be visible to every Friendzone user or only your friends. If you want a more customized visibility, you can simply block or unblock any Friendzone user. Dont worry, theyll never know you blocked them. For all they know, you went completely invisible or are out of their friendzone radius!

If a friend wants to text you, theyll have to send a Hit Up request. Accept the Hit Up to enable a new notification to exchange phone numbers and Text Message each other. The ‘Tap to Text’ capability will only be available for both users 6 hours since being activated. If either of you hit each other up again within the 6 hours, that will also replace the notification that gives you the capability to ‘Tap to Text’.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
